Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our services.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website at abslogic.com (the "Site") and any services, products or content provided by Abstract Logic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of services

Abstract Logic provides:

  • Custom software development, web & mobile app development, IT consulting, cloud solutions, UI/UX design and DevOps automation.
  • Swastik Healthcare — a hospital and clinic management platform (OPD, IPD, EMR, telemedicine, billing, pharmacy).
  • AbsLogic Voice — an AI voice agent with CRM integration.
  • AbsLogic Chat — an AI WhatsApp agent with CRM integration.

Product-specific terms may supplement these Terms where applicable.

3. User responsibilities

When using the Site or our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or engaging with us.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Not use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, software and the underlying design — is the property of Abstract Logic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

For custom software projects, Abstract Logic retains full ownership of all pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks. Intellectual property assignment for custom deliverables is governed by the separate engagement contract signed between you and Abstract Logic and transfers only upon full and final payment of all undisputed fees.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us during consultations, discovery calls and project engagements as confidential. A mutual NDA is signed before any commercial discussion, and IP assignment is included in our standard engagement contract.

6. Product subscriptions and payments

Access to Swastik Healthcare, AbsLogic Voice and AbsLogic Chat is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles and cancellation terms are detailed on the pricing page and in the specific product agreement you sign upon onboarding.

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).
  • Minimum commitment periods may apply (e.g. 3 months for Swastik Healthcare plans).
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days' written notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abstract Logic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI Features: For services utilizing artificial intelligence (including AbsLogic Voice and AbsLogic Chat), Abstract Logic does not guarantee absolute accuracy. AI agents may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended responses ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for monitoring AI interactions and outcomes.

Healthcare Software: Swastik Healthcare is an administrative and data management platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Abstract Logic bears no liability for medical decisions made or treatments provided by users of the software.

8. Service availability

While we strive for high availability, Abstract Logic does not guarantee 100% uptime for its services. We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, scheduled maintenance, or failures caused by third-party APIs, telecom providers, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abstract Logic and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, business interruption, or third-party claims arising out of or in connection with your use of our software or services.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms exceed the total fees paid by you to Abstract Logic in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abstract Logic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, violation of these Terms, or claims brought by your end-users (e.g., your patients or customers) relating to your use of our software.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. swastik.pro, social media profiles). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
